The Kim Program in Korean Studies adheres to the policies implemented by the School of Arts and Sciences (SAS) and the University regarding protections in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. For the latest announcement from the University visit https://coronavirus.upenn.edu/announcement/message-campus-community-star...

Specific guidelines for the colloquium:

1. Vaccination requirements:

All students, faculty, staff, postdocs, and other campus partners, including outside visitors, are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 except those who qualify for an exemption.

2. Sign-up sheet:

Attendees are required to fill out a sign-up sheet with their contact information for possible contact tracing. The Kim Program uses the template provided by SAS. By signing this sheet you attest that you are fully vaccinated for Covid-19 OR are a Penn community member enrolled in the Penn Cares testing program. The sign-up sheet will be ready for you to sign when entering the colloquium each time.

3. Face covering:

Face coverings are required while indoors, including during the colloquium or individual meetings with the visitor.

4. Food is not allowed during the talk. We will provide individually packaged lunches and all attendees should take the food to their place (or outside) to eat.

5. Social distance should be observed whenever possible.

Thank you!
