There are two ways to engage in a systematic study of Korea at the University of Pennsylvania:

• Major in East Asian Languages and Civilizations (EALC), with a concentration in Korea
• Minor in East Asian Languages and Civilizations (EALC), with a concentration in Korea

Ways to Get Involved

Students enthusiastic about the field of Korean Studies may also be interested in becoming a Kim Program Undergraduate Fellow. Undergraduate Fellows are selected based on academic merits and demonstrated interest in Korean Studies, and are integral members of the Korean Studies community in actively engaging the undergraduate student population.
